THE VERY SHORT VERSION

outside of real estate…

Collage of family activities including selfies, working outdoors, home design, construction site visits, coffee, fishing, and friends with a “good vibes” sticker

a few things about me.

good advice. straight answers. no pressure.

what you’ll get from me

Close-up outdoor selfie of a smiling woman and freckled child against a blue sky

I take the work seriously, but I don't think real estate needs to feel stiff or intimidating. I'll tell you what I notice, explain what matters, find answers when we need them and help you make the decision that's right for you.

I’ll tell you when I think something isn't worth fixing.

I'll probably notice the weird layout.

And yes, you can send me the listing at 10:47 p.m.

WHAT ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

Whether you're buying, selling, building or still figuring it out, I'm happy to help you find a place to start.
